If you become a client, your name, address, email address and phone number will be added to our client list and will be stored securely in our office and on password protected devices/cloud server. Information will only be shared with select third parties (such as suppliers) who are being used by us to deliver your contract. For example, a plant or pot supplier would be given the project address to arrange the delivery of items. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are contractual obligation.
If you do not become a client, all personal information will be deleted from our system after 365 days, or when requested.
